Improving integration adoption in Dialpad ecosystem
Redesigning Dialpad’s sidebar, call pill, and conversation history to surface integrations contextually and increase daily adoption.

Integrations were underutilized due to poor discoverability, buried settings, and lack of contextual entry points in daily workflows.

Sidebar Redesign
